super central location and superb service

i found the location convenient it is near major attractions and public transport is accessible i could easily visit hagia sophia and the blue mosque the staff were friendly and ready to help us yusuf and harika provided great support i enjoyed the fresh options available during breakfast
the elevator was a bit small i had to use the stairs sometimes

The location is excellent. It's very central. many major attractions are just a short walk away. I could easily reach hagia sophia and the blue mosque. the central station sirkeci is also nearby, very convenient for getting around. the staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful, especially utkan and hamza.
The room was small. It lacked proper soundproofing, so street noise was noticeable.

the staff were always willing to assist. they arranged a last-minute taxi to the airport for all our luggage. the rooftop food was wonderful, and the team was amazing. i experienced very helpful personnel throughout my stay. the personnel go out of their way to help you, really nice.

The room was small. I had little space to store clothes, but it did not really bothered me.
