The hotel offers pleasant, very clean, and quite spacious rooms, which are warm - a rarity in winter in Turkey. However, the experience is slightly dampened by a subpar breakfast and noise in the rooms. The rooms are bright and tastefully minimalistic decorated.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning, a large bathroom, and a comfortable bed, but they were quite small and in need of renovation with scratches everywhere. Despite the complete amenities, the noise levels were extremely high, which affected my overall comfort.
The hotel's location is fantastic, near major attractions and shops with affordable souvenirs. The rooms, though small with minimal storage, were helpful in arranging outside laundry and airport transportation. The service was brilliant, providing assistance with taxi bookings and local information, while being friendly and accommodating. The dining options, despite being in a dark cellar, offer delicious choices for vegetarians and some for vegans. Overall, a great value for money stay with friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel's location is prime, near many attractions and transportation. The rooms are small and tight, but the service is superb even in the confined space. Dining options were a bit monotonous. Overall, good value for money with some limitations.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were small and lacked the wow factor, the French balcony was a nice touch. Unfortunately, there was mold present, and it didn't match the room we expected. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, especially from Mr Turgay, who was always friendly and ready to help. The central location was perfect for exploring the city but being near a busy street and mosque with loud calls to prayer had its drawbacks. The dining experience, though with a good variety of dishes, was marred by being located in a dark cellar instead of enjoying the beautiful rooftop view. Overall, an okay value for the money spent.
